I refer to the Priority Start building policy, which stipulates contractors' obligation to employ apprentices on Government projects, and I ask: (a) in each of the years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15, how many contracts were required to meet Priority Start obligations; and (b) of the contracts in (a): (i) how many contractors met their obligations under the Priority Start building policy; (ii) how many contractors did not meet their obligations under the Priority Start building policy, and on which projects were they contracted; and (iii) what action was taken against the contractors in (b)(ii)?
