FINANCE BROKING - INSOLVENCY MANAGEMENT FUND
I refer to the $30 million compensation package for the victims of the finance brokers scandal. (1) Was an agreement made between the government and IMF (Australia) Ltd regarding the distribution of funds, IMF fees and costs? (2) If yes to (1), will the government table the terms of the agreement; and, if not, why not? (3) Will the government table the list of compensation recipients; and, if not, why not?
