(a) are detailed statistics being kept on performance and efficiency, or otherwise, of the DAP process, if so, will the Minister table a copy of these statistics to date, and if not, why not; and
(b) when does the Minister plan to review the operation of DAPs?

(b) Once DAPs have been in operation for a period of 12 months, a full assessment and review will be conducted on the process and outcomes achieved.
