259. Hon PETER COLLIER to the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the briefing by the
chairman of the Environmental Protection Authority on 21 February 2019.
(1) Did the
chairman of the EPA or the executive director take any notes at the briefing or
make any notes after the briefing?
(2) If yes
to (1), who took the notes and will the minister table the notes; and, if not,
why not?
(3) Was the
minister or his office provided with any briefing notes or other advice
regarding the briefing?
(4) If yes to
(3), who prepared the notes or advice and will the minister table the notes or
advice; and, if not, why not?

(2) The executive
director of EPA services, Department of Water and Environmental Regulation,
took personal notes. I table the page from the executive director's
notebook regarding discussions on the EPA's greenhouse gas guidance.
