1) The South Hedland Revitalisation plan was generated through community consultation run by the Town of Port Hedland, who then referred the plan to the approvals agencies.  The town centre portion to be developed by LandCorp requires no further approvals and tenders for earthworks will be invited in November 2009.
2) A subdivision application was lodged with the Western Australian Planning Commission on 9 December 2008. Subdivision approval was received on 29 September 2009 for Stage 1.
