I refer to the Water Corporation’s allocation of Harris Dam water to Western Power. (1) Is Western Power charged 136.9c a kilolitre for the allocation of 0.75 gigalitres in accordance with the Water Corporation’s by-laws? (2) If no to (1), does an individual special agreement exist between the Water Corporation and Western Power? (3) If yes to (1), is there a significant difference in the amount charged to Western Power under this individual special agreement compared with the Water Corporation’s industry commercial tier-2 charge of 136.9c a kilolitre in accordance with the Water Corporation’s by-laws?
