GERALDTON HEALTH CAMPUS — REDEVELOPMENT
1342. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the long-delayed
Geraldton Health Campus redevelopment and answers provided during budget
estimates that a managing contractor would be announced in October 2023, with
the intention that works would begin in the fourth quarter of 2023.
(1) Has a managing
contractor been appointed for this project; and, if so, when will they be
announced?
(2) If no to (1),
what is the reason behind this delay and when will the successful contractor be
appointed?
(3) Will
construction work on Geraldton Health Campus commence prior to Christmas this
year?
(4) What is the
targeted completion date for this project?
