Regarding the Main Roads Western Australia plan to widen the road through the Pistol Ranges on the Burrup Peninsula, -
(1) Has Main Roads Western Australia lodged any section 18’s in respect of this activity?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), how many have been lodged and what is the status of such lodgments?
(4) Is the Minister concerned that the widening of the road will encroach upon land falling under the National Heritage register containing significant sites?
(5) If yes to (4), what action will the Minister take to prevent any encroachment?
(6) If no to (4), why not?
