I refer to licence disqualifications and suspensions, and I ask: (a) since the Department took over infringement processing, how many drivers in Western Australia (WA) have had their licence, as a result of drug driving offences: (i) suspended; (ii) disqualified; and (iii) cancelled; and (b) what is the current maximum, and average, period of licence suspension for drug-driving offences in WA?

(a) Due to the data collection system used by DTMI, only current licence status can be easily extracted. Data on the current licence status (as at 30 September 2025) of WA drivers identified with drug driving offences since the Department took over infringement processing is below:
(i) 1,818.
(ii) None.
(iii) 180.
(b) Maximum: 42 months. Average: 6 months.
