question. I provide the Department of Housing's response.
(1) No.
(2) Foundation
Housing Limited, as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, is not
required to apply the Housing Authority's operational policies;
however, as a landlord it is bound by the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
