WA COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICE
— CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
95. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to child development services
provided by the WA Country Health Service. Will the minister advise the current
median wait times for children in the primary years of schooling to access
speech pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy in each of the
following health regions: Kimberley, Pilbara, the midwest, the goldfields, the
wheatbelt, the south west and the great southern?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
Data
for median waiting times for children in primary years of schooling—those
aged five to 11 years—are collected quarterly. The wait times
are provided by region and therapy type for the period October 2019 to December
2019 in a table form. I seek leave to have that incorporated into Hansard .
Leave granted.
