(1) Is the minister aware that Homeswest has in its possession a copy of the Borrell Report, which was carried out some time ago, on the cost of unionising building sites, and that this report estimated that construction costs would increase by 30 per cent? (2) If not, will the minister make inquiries of Homeswest, and table a copy of the report? Hon TOM STEPHENS
