Average prices for the years stipulated are: 2000 – no purchases 2001 - $110,720 2002 – $112,270 (c) No, all owners of residential properties within the Wattleup townsite have been given the opportunity to sell. (d) Nil. (e) A panel of independent valuers has been appointed to establish the market value of properties where owners have requested Government to purchase. Two valuers inspect each property and determine a value based upon the most recent available sales data from within the project area and from suburbs identified by the Valuer General's Office as being comparable to Wattleup.
