(4) If yes to (3) –
(a) who attended the box for each concert;
(b) how much was spent to hire the box on each concert night; and
(c) what was the total amount spent on food and alcohol on each night?
(d) what financial contribution did each guest make to the cost of the hire of the box and consumables?
