I refer to your comments in the Parliament in 2014 that you were only going to appoint a part-time Chair of the Economic Regulation Authority and your decision to appoint Ms Nicky Cusworth as a full-time Chair of the Authority, and I ask: (a) when did you change your mind from your 2014 decision to only appoint a part-time Chair of the Authority; (b) when did you advertise your decision to change your mind concerning appointing a part-time Chair for the Authority and appoint a full-time Chair; (c) how many candidates were considered for appointment as Chair of the Authority, and were they all aware that the position was full-time, in spite of your decision in 2014 to only appoint a part-time Chair to the Authority; and (d) does this mean that your aim of off-setting savings for the appointment of a full-time Chair of Synergy by only appointing a part-time Chair of the Authority has been abandoned?
