(1) Five.
(2)  One case of alleged impairment discrimination was mediated by the State Administrative Tribunal;
One case of alleged impairment discrimination was conciliated by the Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC);
One case of alleged sexual harassment was conciliated by the EOC;
One case of alleged age and impairment discrimination is still under consideration by the EOC; and
One case of alleged pregnancy discrimination is still under consideration by the EOC.
