I refer to the medical Speciality College Accreditation process at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and note that previously both opthamology and radiotherapy failed to gain accreditation, and ask have both of these areas now gained accreditation status, and if so, when was it granted?

Yes, both areas have gained accreditation.
Ophthalmology was provisionally accredited on 14 October 2013 for two years. A further inspection is planned for 2016. The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists has advised that the Eye Clinic will remain accredited until the 2016 inspection.
Radiotherapy accreditation was received on 13 June 2014 for five years. An interim review planned for 2017.
