I refer to the news article, "Kwinana Freeway widening a trash project," in WA Today on 15 November 2018, and ask: (a) will the Minister table the report that provides the full testing specifications and regulatory
standards that will be applied by both the State Government and any independent
auditor for the use of recycled construction and demolition waste in road
building and other infrastructure projects in Western Australia; and (b) if no to (a), why not?
