The agent was appointed as Jaxon Group Holdings Pty Ltd nominated selling agent. Jaxon Group Holdings Pty Ltd was appointed as the New Living Projects private project manager through the publicly tendered selection process.
(c) No. There has been one occasion where a townhouse was sold via a conjunctional arrangement.
(d) Under the Project Management Agreement, the Selling Agent, the Selling Agents directors or partners, spouses, children or siblings or companies associated with these, cannot acquire any property within 28 days of such property being advertised for sale.
The Selling Agent must disclose to the Department any proposed sale to any person specified above and approval may be granted or withheld at the Department's absolute discretion.
Depending on the number of properties for sale, the Department will either arrange for the properties to be sold via public ballot or private treaty. The Department may also place conditions on the sale i.e. first homeowners in the first instance, then owner occupiers, then open market.
(e) Yes
