For the period 2 August to 31 December 2004.

For the period 1 to 8 January there was one consultant located for Alvan Street. From 9 January to 31 December, two consultants were located at Alvan Street.

From 9 April 2008 there was only one consultant located at Alvan Street.
Note: There were no consultants located at the Centro Avenue office.
(d) Officers located at Alvan Street will relocate to the Royal Street building. The future of the Centro Avenue Office is under review depending on the overall requirement for office accommodation in the metropolitan area for administrative and/or clinical support functions.
