As a supplementary question, is the Premier aware that the members for Collie and Bunbury have stated in today’s South Western Times that there was nothing wrong with former Labor ministers lobbying current Labor Government ministers and members of the Legislative Assembly and that they would continue to meet with Julian Grill? What will the Premier do about that - nothing? Dr G.I. GALLOP

The Leader of the Opposition is going up his little trail. I have made it absolutely clear, and I repeat: cabinet ministers have mutually agreed that Mr Burke and Mr Grill will not be welcomed to formal consultations with the Government. Mr C.J. Barnett: There is no record. Dr G.I. GALLOP: No record! I have announced it on radio and in the Parliament, and we are talking about it now. Mr C.J. Barnett: Was the Cabinet Secretary present? Was it recorded in the minutes? Dr G.I. GALLOP: As I explained to the media recently, this is not a formal directive of government; this is a decision that we have made as a Cabinet, and it is a decision that we intend to carry out amongst ourselves in the way that we operate. It is so secret that it has been announced on ABC Radio and in the Parliament of Western Australia! Mr C.J. Barnett interjected. The SPEAKER: The Leader of the Opposition!
