(3) The impact of the Government's Protecting our Old Growth Forests has been felt throughout the South West and, given that the employment rate in the Shire of Manjimup is significantly better than the employment rate in the Shire of Collie, the Government's judgment was that this industry assistance should be directed to attracting industry to the Shire of Collie. (4) None. (5) Collie was one of several sites identified by Pinetec in its feasibility study.
