DEPARTMENT OF WATER — EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
I ask a supplementary question. Further, can the minister tell the house whether a split of the Department of Water is under consideration, with some of the Department of Water going to the area of environment, and the other going to a new department of water and energy, or office of utilities? The SPEAKER : Order! Minister for Water, before you answer that question, I do not necessarily know that there is a direct connection between the previous question that the member for Cockburn has asked — Mr F.M. Logan interjected. The SPEAKER : — member for Cockburn, just listen—and what the member is now asking as a supplementary. I will give the minister the opportunity to answer that if he wants to. Mr F.M. Logan : I can add further to that, Mr Speaker. The SPEAKER : No. The minister is on his feet. Mr W.R. MARMION
