FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY
(1) When did the Commissioner of the Department of Corrective Services first become aware that approval had not been granted by the expenditure review committee of cabinet for the joint business case between the Department of Health and the Department of Corrective Services - formerly the Department of Justice - for a new forensic mental health facility? (2) Has the minister instructed the Department of Corrective Services to put to the expenditure review committee a separate business case for forensic mental health services? (3) Does the business case include a 48-bed assessment and treatment centre within Hakea Prison? (4) Is the Department of Corrective services also looking at a similar type unit at Bandyup Prison?
