currently missing?

have been missing for the following periods —

(b) three to six months;
(c) six to 12 months; and
(d) more than 12 months?
(4) Are any of the patients detailed
in (3) considered to be a concern to community safety?

I thank the member for some notice
of this question.
(1) The
individual was not absent without leave in April 2014. In June 2014, WA Police
were notified at the time the individual absconded and the warrant for his
arrest was issued due to non-attendance at his court hearing. Any further
questions should be referred to the Minister for Police.
