Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to the backflip by the
government on the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act and the regulations and
costs associated with its development.
(1) How many tier 2 applications
have been received by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage?
(2) For (1), how much fee revenue
has been collected?
(3) How many tier 3 applications
have been received by DPLH?
(4) For (3), how much fee revenue
has been collected?
(5) How many management plans have
been received?

some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the
Minister for Aboriginal Affairs.
(1) There are 20 permit submissions
that have commenced the process. They are not yet applications.
(2)–(5) Nil.
