(1) I refer to the Government decision to re-route the Southern suburbs railway through South Perth-Como and Salter Point and ask did the Premier, as Member for Victoria Park, intervene in the matter of the proposed re-routing as a result of the decision, in February, by the Victoria Park Town Council to delay a decision on the initial route?
(2) If so, when did the Premier make such an approach?
(3) Will the Minister table the Premier’s correspondence in the matter?
(4) Did the Premier or any Labor MP express the view that the proposal for the ‘elevated railway option’ through Victoria Park was unacceptable on the grounds of it being aesthetically unattractive?
(5) If so, will the Minister table any such expression of view?
