With regard to the memorandum of understanding between the Department of Education and Ngaanyatjarra Council (Aboriginal Corporation) -
(1) Did the Department agree that there would be discussions with the Aboriginal corporation to enable them to establish as a discrete Education District for the Ngaanyatjarra Lands Schools?
(2) If yes to (1), when was this agreement signed or agreed to?
(3) If yes to (1), when will such discussions take place?
(4) If yes to (3), subject to such discussions does the Department support the Ngaanyatjarra Lands Schools becoming a discrete Education District?
