(1) As at 1 November 2007, there were 584 places in Licensed Psychiatric Hostels that were eligible for a subsidy from the State Government.

On the 9 March 2007 the Maude Armstrong Licence Psychiatric Hostel closed and residents were reallocated to alternative accommodation.
(6) Since 1 March 2007, a subsidy from the State Government was paid for 25 new places in community supported residential units.
