WA Country Health Service projects have been funded in each of the past five financial
years; (b) for
each project listed in question (a), please advise the following: (i) original tender number; (ii) original tender advertised date; (iii) successful tenderer; (iv) original contract price; and (v) variation cost to each project; (c) was
a business case prepared for each project listed in (b) and, if not, which projects
