I refer to the Synergy supply of electricity to the Bremer Bay Beaches Resort Tourist Park at 333 Wellstead Road, Bremer Bay, Western Australia, and I ask: (a) why has the cost of on-peak power risen for this customer, from September 2024, from 39.24 cents per kilowatt hour to 47.83 cents per kilowatt hour, an increase of 22%; (b) why has cost of off-peak power risen for this customer, from September 2024, from 14.09 cents per kilowatt hour to 31.43 cents per kilowatt hour, an increase of 123%; (c) what is Synergy's justification for such high increases; and (d) what change of contract has occurred for this customer?
