Individual Education Plans (IEPs) provide reasonable adjustments and support to ensure all students can access education and participate fully in learning. When a student requires additional support, the school works collaboratively with the parents and other relevant professionals to plan for their specific needs. Each IEP is tailored to the individual student, addressing both academic and personal goals. All staff working with the student use the plan to guide their approach. The school will regularly review and update a student’s IEP to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
For this reason, IEPs are not held centrally by the Department of Education, each school holds their own students IEP.
