I refer to the Main Roads Feedback and Complaints Handling Policy and the nominated points of contact for providing feedback or complaints, and I ask: (a) how many enquiries (of any nature) were received by Main Roads across the 2024-25 calendar year across all points of contact listed under the "how do I provide feedback or make a complaint?" section of the Feedback and Complaints Flowchart; (b) in relation to (a), how many were categorised as a "complaint"; (c) in relation to (a), what is the answer to the same question for the following years: (i) 2023-24; (ii) 2022-23; and (iii) 2021-22; and (d) in relation to (b), what is the same answer to the same question for the years in (c)?
