988. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I note the closure of the
expression-of-interest period for the resources community infrastructure
initiative.
(1) Without
revealing the identity of the company or companies concerned, can the Premier,
at the very least, confirm whether all the foundation partners of the scheme
who were named at the launch of the policy in November last year submitted an
expression of interest?
(2) Without
revealing the identity of the company or companies concerned, can the Premier
also confirm whether any expressions of interest were received from
organisations additional to those foundation partners; and, if so, how many?
