I have a supplementary question.
Why is it that seemingly every
cost-of-living measure the Premier's government has introduced has been
hit with some sort of systemic error?

We will not be seeking advice from
the member opposite on the cost-of-living assistance. The gentleman was part of a government that increased TAFE fees for some
courses by 500 per cent and electricity bills by 90 per cent. I think the Leader of the Opposition will find that Synergy customers are much happier
with their energy bills during our performance than they ever were with his.
