979. Hon PETER COLLIER to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Attorney General:
I refer the
Attorney General to the tragic death of Amy Wensley on 26 June 2014.
(1) Will the
Attorney General confirm that the Corruption and Crime Commission has conducted
an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Amy Wensley?
(2) If yes to
(1), when did the investigation commence and when was it completed?
(3) If yes to
(1), did the CCC notify the family of Amy Wensley of the outcome of the
investigation; and, if yes, when, and how was the family notified?
(4) If no to (3),
why not?
