I refer to the Ancestral Owl Stone (DAA 26057), a surveryor's report that can be found at my website here: http://robinchapple.com/owl-stone-surveyors-report, and a report by Macintyre Dobson and Associates on the cultural significance of the site, which can be found here: http://www.nyungah.org.au/susannah/owlstonereport.pdf, and ask: (a) is there activity from the quarry, managed by German cement conglomerate Hansons Pty Ltd, taking place inside the 250 metre site boundary from DAA 26057; (b) if yes to (a), is the company in breach of any conditions under ministerial, or other, approvals granted; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) if yes to (b), will the Minister direct the company to cease blasting or quarrying activity with the 250 metre site boundary for DAA 26057; (e) if no to (d), why not; (f) has the department, or the Minister, at any time been made aware that the company was operating within the 250 metre site boundary of DAA 26057; (g) if yes to (f), on what date; (h) if yes to (f), what action was taken; (i) did Hansons Pty Ltd apply for a section 18 in relation to its quarrying activities in the vicinity of DAA 26057; (j) if no to (i), why not; (k) if yes to (i), was ministerial consent granted and under what conditions; (l) if yes to (i), will the Minister please table minutes of the relevant Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee meeting(s) relating to the granting of this section 18 application and a copy of his ministerial consent; and (m) if no to (j), why not?
