TUNNEL PROPOSAL
992. Hon LYNN MacLAREN to the Leader of the House
representing the Acting Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Perth Freight Link.
(1) Does the
government intend to put a condition in the contract to build Roe 8 that the
contractor would be the preferred provider to build the tunnel?
(2) If the High
Court challenge to Roe 8 were successful, what would be the liability for the
state in dollars for reneging on the contract?
