(2) The amendment and public submissions are under assessment by the Department of Planning. I will consider the recommendation of the Western Australian Planning Commission and public submissions when the draft amendment is placed before me for consideration.
(3) Further community consultation would only be required if significant revisions to the amendment were recommended.
