Minister for Police:
I refer the minister to his
response provided in supplementary information A4 during the police budget
estimates hearing on applicants and graduates.
(1) Have any of the unsuccessful applicants from 2020,
2021 or 2022, to 30 June, been contacted and requested to reapply?
(2) If yes to (1), how many for
each year?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following information has been provided to me
by the Minister for Police. The Western Australia Police Force advises the
following.
(1) No.
Applicants who are deemed unsuccessful during the recruitment process are
provided an exclusionary period, after which applicants may choose to reapply.
(2) Not applicable.
