I refer to the town of Kendenup. (1) Can a person who owns two blocks side-by-side on two separate titles build across both blocks? (2) If not, why not? Hon KEN TRAVERS

I thank the member for some notice of this question. I am advised - (1)-(2) The minister is advised that there is no planning or lands legislation that prohibits this. The member should inquire of the local government whether there is anything in the town planning scheme to prevent this.
