requires that a management plan shall specify that State forests and timber reserves be managed for,
inter alia
, timber production on a sustained yield basis, does sustained yield refer to:
(a) quantity of timber and, if yes, quantity of what sort of timber;
(b) quality of timber and, if yes, what quality; and
(c) both quantity and quality of timber?
(2) Is the timeframe for sustained yield:
