Attorney General confirm a report in The West Australian of 26 October
that the Department of Corrective Services pleaded guilty to failing to take
reasonable care to ensure the safety and health of a person who was not an
employee in the course of a prosecution by WorkSafe WA following the death of a
prisoner?
(2) Will the
Attorney General confirm that the WorkSafe WA Commissioner stated that the
Department of Corrective Services had a poor workplace safety record over many
years?
