(1) Will the Minister confirm that at around 11.00am on February 4 2003, an Officer of Waters and Rivers, Ms Sandra Taylor visited a property located in Freeman Road, Forrestdale and interviewed the resident of that property?
(2) If yes, can the Minister confirm that the visit’s purpose was related to the health of the resident’s family and matters related to the property?
(3) If not, why not?
(4) Will the Minister confirm that Ms Taylor subsequently produced a report on the visit and the issues discussed?
(5) If yes, will the Minister provide me with a copy of all reports generated by the visit?
(6) If not, why not?
(7) Will the Minister advise whether any subsequent correspondence was entered into between either Ms Taylor and the resident, or between any other Officer of DEWCAP/DoE, on issues relating to either the resident’s health or the resident’s property?
(8) If yes, will the Minister provide me with a copy of all correspondence?
