I have a supplementary question. Will the four weeks be prescribed in the legislation or will that period be included in regulations? If it is included in the regulations, can they be drafted now? Mr J.C. KOBELKE

The legislation is still being drafted. It is intended to have a head of power to provide for four weeks, but the detail will be contained in regulations. We must wait until the final drafting is done because the draftspeople may come up with an alternative model.
