I draw the Minister's attention to the 15 year period of industrial land development in the former areas of Hope Valley and Wattleup, now known as Latitude 32 and I ask: (a) what has been the total expenditure on the purchase of properties in Latitude 32 over the 15 year period of land development by: (i) Landcorp; and (ii) any other state government agency, department and authority; (b) what has been the total cost of project work and site preparation of Latitude 32 including infrastructure expenditure so far; (c) what is the total Community Service Order (CSO) and/or Treasury Lending and/or Cabinet endorsed new money provided to Landcorp for the Latitude 32 Project so far; (d) how many industrial blocks/sites have been sold and transactions completed in any or all of the Latitude 32 project so far; and (e) what was the price per square metre achieved by the last block/site sale in the Latitude 32 Project?

(a) (i) $154 million.
(ii)  LandCorp is not aware of any other purchases by State Government agencies and authorities.
(b) $64 million.
(c) $164 million.
(d) 21 serviced blocks within Flinders Precinct within Latitude 32 sold;
(e) The last recorded settled sale of un-serviced land is $44 per square metre (October 2014) and for serviced land within Flinders Precinct is $215 per square metre (March 2015).
