The Department of Housing advises:
(a) 10 lots.
(b) Alexander Heights, Balga and Mirrabooka.
(c)-(d) Five lots will be sold, which the Department intends to sell by 30 June 2015. Five lots are earmarked for development for affordable housing, supporting the
Affordable Housing Strategy
objective of 20,000 new homes by 2020. Of these five lots, a date cannot be specified for three of them as two are waiting for the City of Stirling to complete local area amendments and one is waiting for the City of Wanneroo to complete a scheme amendment. The two remaining lots will be developed in the near future.
