1998/ 99 $ 270.
Computerised Financial Management Information data is only available from 1997. Subscription fees for the years 1993 - 1997 would not exceed $ 300 per annum and the information is archived.

(b) Approximately $970 for WA Economic Review.
WorkCover WA:
