for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to Department of Aboriginal Affairs site ''Egina
Granites'' 8725 in the Woodstock–Abydos protected reserve.
(1) Was there a section 18 application over
any part of the Woodstock–Abydos protected reserve, in particular over
site 8725?
(2) Has site 8725 been destroyed, damaged or otherwise impacted in any
way?
(3) If yes to (2), by whom?
(4) Will the minister prosecute?
(5) If no to (4), why not?

(2)–(5) The Department of Aboriginal
Affairs is currently investigating an alleged breach under the Aboriginal Heritage
Act 1972 within the Woodstock–Abydos protected reserve. No further
comments can be made as the investigation into this matter is ongoing.
