Given that each version of the Karri Forest Management Plan placed on the Forest Products Commission’s (FPC) website was accompanied by reference documents and maps that were later removed, would the Minister please supply copies of the reference documents and maps placed on the FPC website with the versions of the plan released on the following dates: (a) 11 September 2013; (b) 11 October 2013; (c) 25 October 2013; (d) 11 December 2013; (e) 17 July 2014; and (f) 20 August 2014?
